My only regret about working with Anna Scott is that I did not start working with her sooner!
I am one of those skeptical people who wouldn’t consider coaching until I was really in trouble. I had been on a long corporate track, but fallen off when my skills & values no longer fit my ever changing job description. I was enjoying terrific growth as a small business owner, but not yet seeing bottom line results. And just when I thought my days were as full as they could be, I became trustee of a complex family estate after my father passed away in the fall of 2008.
In early 2009, I began working with Anna and started using her techniques. Slowly, I began to regain my personal ballast through the process of centering. The practice has helped me face difficult realities and take on new challenges. And as I grow, I’m also seeing growth in my business.
I found the techniques so valuable that I introduced them to my staff, and they too began to grow their skills and to take on new challenges with greater ease. As an added benefit, training together has made us a stronger team, and provided us with a common language to address roadblocks as they come up in the business.
The best part of these techniques is that they work in all aspects of my life. By knowing what’s true for me, I have better relationships with family, friends and clients.
