I am a somatic leadership coach who has been studying and practicing leadership development since 1996. I have worked with hundreds of business executives and business owners to develop their leadership capacity.
Prior to coaching, I was a successful sales executive for 20 years in fortune 500, 1000 and start up companies. My sales career flourished and I loved helping people get what they wanted, whether it was a product or a new position. Yet, I did not feel truly fulfilled.
Having my first child led me to explore what it takes to be successful at work, lead a meaningful, satisfying life and be able to take care of myself and my family. Since then I have studied with true masters of life and business. My learning gave me new skills that enable me to be more effective in life and take better care of what is important to me. The process revealed that my passion is helping people live the life they want. This realization led me to coaching.
As a coach, I embrace my roles as both student and teacher in all areas of my life. I bring to my clients my deep commitment to continuously learn and develop myself so I can better help them. What makes me unique as a coach is that I practice what I preach. Anything I teach my clients, I have done myself or am currently working on. I do not pretend to have all the answers, nor do I have I have it all figured out. I do have a commitment to learning and growing to be the kind of leader I want to be.
The work I teach has developed my inner strength, confidence, wisdom and compassion. It has allowed me to be more productive in my life and feel more satisfied. This work makes me a better business leader, spouse, and parent. I believe that if it can do this for me, it can help others—so I want to share it.
I bring to my clients my love of people, along with my insight and intuition. I see what is great about people and create a safe and fun environment that allows my clients to grow.
